Capacity: 200 (seated), with 50 more standing room
tables, chairs, and table clothes available. Room rental 8 hrs. with 3 of those for setup and 1 hr for breakdown! There is a $500.00 deposit required. And the rent is ABOUT $1,000.00. You have to use their catering, which is through Rio Rita's. This is a very elegant room. It's located on the 2nd floor and has a nice view of Crockett St.
Being in the Crockett St. District, makes it nice to have other venues to visit after the reunion!

The Civic Center offers several rooms. There have been several FHS reunions there and I have heard nothing but good things. There is plenty of parking.
Capacity: 300 people. Rent is ABOUT $675.00 and you have to have atleast 2 security officers, or they furnish them for an extra $350.00. You have to use their inhouse catering service. There is a nice place just out side the event rooms for sign in tables. There is a nice water fountain out side the center that faces Riverfront park.

The Harvest Club which was located in the old fair grounds on Gulf St. was torn down in '09. Sad but true! You can see some pictures on the "Harvest Club page"

A Beaumont Dupont Works Banquet Hall

The Brad Club has a large banquet hall. The capacity is 500 with tables. They offer a stage and a large dance area. They have a nice kitchen area too.
The rent is about $210.00 an hour if you are going to have an open bar ( alcohol ) and about $175.00 an hour without alcohol. There is a 1/3 of total price, deposit required. Please keep in mind prices vary depending on what you want as with any prices I have listed on any of the banquet halls.
