Most of the places we visited limit the decoration to table decorations. Balloons and center pieces are allowed. But nothing on the walls.

This is a really great place to have a reunion. It has a lot to offer.
The have a buffet style catering, a large sitting area, and several smaller rooms. The also offer a large out side area, which they are in the process of inclosing.

Suga's is located in the Coale Building at the corner of Bowie and Park in Downtown Beaumont, Texas. I'm not sure about a "banquet room" but on their website they say they cater.

Pine Tree Lodge is located on beautiful Taylor's Bayou just outside of Beaumont. A covered patio area over looks the bayou, enhancing your dining pleasure.
This would make a nice place for a Friday night mixer!
