Married in 1971 to Larry, we have three beautiful daughters, Melissa married with one little boy and living near us. Melinda married with two little girls and living in Rhode Island. Our youngest Kelsey is in college at Midwestern State where I also work. Have lived here since 72 after Larry got an early release from the Army. Have been lucky to be able to travel a lot, mostly visiting Melinda and family at their various assignments, California, Virginia, Florida, Hawaii and Italy. This web site is wonderful, thanks so much for all the hard work!!

I have wondered what has happened to all the people I went to school with. I was married to Gene Freeman of Silsbee, Texas for 30 years and he died last year on March 19, 2007. Hi to everyone. I would love to hear from all. Send me an email and I will answer it, but let me know you are from dear old French High School. I have one son and he is 29 years old. He is single, so I am not a grandma yet. Let me know when any events are going to happen and I will do my best to go. I would love to see everyone

Donna Tyler and I married in 1969 and have lived in the Dallas area since completing college at the Univ of Houston in 1971. We have 4 children (Molly, a graduate of Brigham Young Univ, is a homemaker and lives with family in Virginia Beach; Scott, a graduate of Texas A&M Commerce, is a college soccer coach and lives with family near Abilene; Susan, a graduate of Brigham Young Univ, is a homemaker and lives with family near St Louis; and Dan, a college senior at OU, is newly married and lives in Norman, OK) and 8 grandchildren. Donna and I are both still working and will probably not retire for several more years. Donna was a homemaker and school teacher for many years, and now is a regional employment specialist for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Garland , TX, after being a firefighter/paramedic for 16 years with the City, and an accountant for Sun Oil Company before that. We have recently acquired a farm near Canton , TX and hope to complete our move out there this summer. Donna’s sister, Peggy (FHS-1965), is an Asst School Superintendent in up-state NY, and Donna’s mother, Peggy Tyler, who taught at Eugene Field Elem for many years, spends her time between a residence in NY State and will be soon moving closer to us after retirement years spent in the San Antonio area. My sister, Sharon and her husband, Mike Dent (FHS-1971) have recently taken a Methodist Church assignment in Denver, Co. We plan to make the upcoming reunion and look forward to seeing everyone. Please contact us thru my email – dtoups@ci.garland.tx.us Any of you remember Scout Troop 65 with Joe Perry and sons, Gary and Ricky Scott, Charlie Helpinstill, Janice Blaylock’s brother, and a bunch of others who went to FHS and N End Methodist Church? Thanks for taking care of this website

After graduating from Lamar and 3 years on the Beaumont Police Department, I moved to Colorado and spent 21 years with the Lakewood Police Department. Retired from Lakewood in '95 and went to the Colorado Attorney General's Office as an investigator working on capital murder cases. Retired again and now I'm a criminal investigator with the Arapahoe County District Attorney's Office.
I met Dawne on April 1,1983 and we got married on May 14,1983. She's a flight attendant for United Airlines and flies international trips out of Chicago. We have a son, Taylor, who's 21 and attending college in Denver (He's the reason I'm STILL working). We really enjoy our travel benefits, which included a hiking tour in Italy for Dawne's 50th birthday. We just returned from Hawaii, where we rented Harley's and spent a day riding around Oahu. We both have bikes and enjoy riding on weekends with friends.
I've really enjoyed reading about fellow classmates and I'm looking forward to this year's class of '67's 40th reunion. I have many fond memories of FHS and the mid to late '60's, including the pep rallies on Friday mornings, 11th St. and the College St circle, burgers and malts at Carnation, Crystal Beach on Sunday afternoons, Senior Prom and the Boogie Kings, and TP'ing Diane Wilson's house with David Theobald and Larry Ward (I got grounded 2 weeks for that one!)
Thanks again to Beth for taking this on. GREAT job and looking forward to June 30th!!

My husband Alan Graham and I (and our dog Vito) live in Palm Harbor , Florida, which is about halfway up the west coast of Florida. It gets very hot and very humid, a lot like Beaumont. Hurricanes USUALLY miss us.
I met my husband in the mid 80s in Los Angeles at my church and we married in 1991. No kids, but we helped to raise a nephew who is in the Air Force now. Alan is in the product development side of title reconveyance, which is all about that piece of paper you get when you pay off your mortgage.
Funny how little things become big things. Mrs. Alford, 10th grade English? Had us take ten sentences and make them into one sentence, and then visa versa? I REALLY liked that. I ended up building on those skills. I spent years as a secretary/word processor, but then I got into editing books, then designing them, then taking them from a twinkle in someone's eye all the way to the printer, then designing all the marketing materials. I created a design and publishing services business in 1994, which is what I do now.
On a sadder note, for those who knew Susan, my older sister, we lost her in 2002 to cancer. On a happier note, her daughter Heather lives outside of Denver , and as of Thanksgiving 2007 is about to have her third baby. Life goes on...

( Jan 3:)Man, I don't ever want to repeat those cross country training sprints for track.
OK Class of 1967. Did you all die, or just get old! I never saw an announcement for the 35th anniversary, and now have to wait until 2007 for the 40th. What a shame. If the reunion committee needs help, just ASK!
Email me if you want to have a reunion!!!What the heck happenned to the Class of '67 - You all die?!
I have looked for a year for the 35th reunion announcement. Never saw it. If someone knows about it (or the 40th) please let me know.
I am probably on the outs having sent the 25th reunion squad a letter asking for an expanded agenda, such as a school tour, bluejean social, and picnic. See ya!

I really enjoyed the school days because everyone had a good time. Yes, we skipped school and do all the things we were not suppose to do. I will never forget the night that Mr. Everett followed Nona and I to Lou Ann's. We thought were going to be ground from life forever!!!!!!!!!!
